Permitting (If Required): In Maryland and Delaware, permitting may be required. Our team will identify and secure any necessary permits from local authorities in Maryland or Delaware, ensuring your remodel complies with all building codes and regulations. This often includes permits for electrical, plumbing, and structural changes.
Detailed Project Schedule: Once all selections are finalized, we create a detailed project schedule, outlining key milestones and timelines for each phase of the renovation.
Protection of Your Home: Before any work begins, we take meticulous care to protect your home from dust and debris. We use drop cloths, plastic sheeting, and dust barriers to minimize disruption to adjacent living areas.
